We understand this will probably be the most important and exciting day of your lives! So we are on hand from the very start of your planning process to ensure you get the very best service and advice! Our in house catering service which includes the service of our own wedding coordinator provides a stress free solution to your wedding planning and the events of the big day.
We offer a wide range of delicious menus ranging from high tea to a sumptuous barbecue using our very own organic pasture for life meats accompanied by local artisan breads, salads and sides. Rustic Fayre is also a popular choice or maybe you have something completely different in mind! Whatever you choose we can work with you to provide a wedding breakfast to be remembered! And of course, always using as much organic and locally sourced produce as possible. Prices for these menus are upon application.
The hire of the venue is currently £5000.00 for 2020 including everything in the DIY option.
DIY Wedding
The initial cost of our venue which is currently £5000.00 2020 gives you complete 100% sole occupancy for the period of the wedding, meaning you would have sole use of the accomodation (sleeping up to 46), kitchen and showers from the Friday 10.00am through to the Sunday afternoon 5.00pm. This allows then time to settle in, decorate and relax. We also have extensive areas for camping if you wish to use this option.
Just hiring the farm is an option for couples who want to employ their own caterers and staff the Woodland Valley team will not be present in your planning or wedding if you choose the diy option however there will be a person on site to welcome the registrar as a legal requirement.
In the interest of the environment we kindly ask that any recycling is taken away by yourselves at the end of the weekend and the property left in an orderly fashion.

Experience an enchanting ceremony in The Roundhouse/ garden then sip delicious cocktails and savour beautiful canapes to celebrate your marriage in the courtyard.
Dine in the Granary from a choice of menus made up of as much locally sourced and organic produce and hand chosen wines including Cornwall's very own Camel Valley Brut.
Soak up some of that bubbly with traditional cornish pasties as an evening snack.
Then off to bed and up for a full English breakfast in the morning

Hen Parties
We are the perfect venue for a hen weekend sleeping up to 46 you can party in the Granary, sample cheese making, cider pressing and assault courses to name but a few exciting activities, self catering and catered options are available.
Stag parties
A very popular choice with large stag parties we offer clay pigeon shooting, survival, and barbecue courses you can even create your very own pub if you like!
​Bars and Celebratory Drinks
We will stock our fully licensed bar with beverages of your choosing as well as the good old staples, we will even create your very own celebratory cocktail!
You can provide your own wine and champagne for your tables for us to chill and serve!
